  • Do not fire CHARLIE, then you have to pay him off.

Simply promote him to the caretaker of the woman's cricket field. What they don't have a cricket field O WELL. He wants to get back to the no fun league NFL and he will quit

    NO PAYOUT.

  • It seems that Charlie's ego is incapable of accepting his failure as head coach at Notre Dame. He is unable to accept his failure. Do he love Notre Dame....and care deeply about our University? His  behavior says his agenda is most important. Nothing less.....IT IS TIME FOR HIM TO GO...the sooner the better.....I'm exhausted with his soliloqy of how great he is...ghet a clue Charlie

  • If Charlie loves Notre Dame, as we frequently here, he won't make the school eat the rest of the contract. He's already wealthy, and he has a great future as an assistant coach in the NFL. He should show how much he loves the school by leaving it with his integrity intact and the buyout untouched.
